Shawn Kelley started Mill City Weather back in May of 2010 with a goal to provide an accurate and local forecast to Lowell area and the Merrimack Valley. Shawn, 28 of Lowell, MA graduated from Greater Lowell Tech ( 2012 ).

Mill City Weather started with a passion in weather at a young age. Now, Shawn continues to provide the community with an accurate and local forecast that thousands of people trust. 

In his free time, you can find him at the beach, or in the area flying his drone.
